You must have completed a Key Credit Solutions service program.
12-Month Notification Period
You must notify us within 12 months if a previously addressed item reappears on your credit report.
Continuous Credit Monitoring
Qualifying credit monitoring must be maintained throughout the warranty period.
Previously Addressed Item
The item must have been reviewed and addressed during your original service period.
Meeting these requirements does not automatically guarantee warranty review eligibility. Each request is evaluated individually based on the information available at the time of review.
New Negative Information
New late payments, collection accounts, charge-offs, judgments, or other negative information added after your service was completed.
Items Not Previously Addressed
The warranty only applies to accounts or items that were previously addressed during your service period.

Information that appears accurate, verified, and consistently reported may not qualify for warranty assistance.
Changes Caused by New Activity
